It's important to measure how long it takes customers to find value. At Ties, our value was time saved, the more videos the customer buys through us, the less e-mailing and hustle involved. It was important that the customer wouldn't spend a lot of time with auxiliary tasks before the value (receiving videos) is realized. We measured this during the sign up for both creators ($ received for videos) and brands.
